• Register your VoltéLift device for warranty purposes
• Make a purchase
• Contact our customer service team
• Submit a return or warranty claim

• Payment information — note that payment card data is processed and stored securely by our payment processor Shopify and is not stored on our systems

• Device registration information including device serial number and date of purchase

App Information

The VoltéLift App collects only the information you provide during account registration, including your name, email address, and device registration information. The App does not collect device usage data, health or wellness data, location data, or any other information beyond your registration details.

To improve our Platform — analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the functionality and content of our website and App.

To comply with legal obligations — fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations including tax record keeping and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

To protect our rights — detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and violations of our Terms of Use.

Email Marketing. If you opt in to email marketing you will receive promotional emails from VoltéLift. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us at support@voltelift.com.

SMS Marketing. If you opt in to SMS marketing you agree to receive promotional text messages from VoltéLift. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by contacting us at support@voltelift.com. For help, reply HELP.

Push Notifications. If you enable push notifications on the App you will receive promotional and informational notifications from VoltéLift. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional communications related to your orders, account, or warranty.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers. We share your information with third party service providers who assist us in operating our Platform and business, including:

• Shopify — e-commerce platform and payment processing
• Our third party logistics provider — order fulfillment and shipping
• Email marketing service providers
• SMS marketing service providers
• Customer service platform providers
• Analytics providers

All service providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us and to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

Our Manufacturer. We may share limited order and warranty information with Avazzia, Inc., our device manufacturer, solely for the purposes of warranty service, product recalls, and regulatory compliance. Avazzia is not authorized to use your information for any other purpose.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process including subpoenas, court orders, or government requests.

Business Transfers. If VoltéLift is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by posting a notice on our Platform if such a transfer occurs.

Protection of Rights. We may disclose your information when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of VoltéLift, our customers, or others.

We retain your personal information for the following periods:

• Order and transaction data — 7 years from the date of purchase to comply with tax and accounting requirements
• Account and warranty registration data — 4 years from the date of purchase or until your account is deleted, whichever is later
• App registration data — for as long as your account is active plus 2 years after account deletion or last activity
• Customer service communications — 3 years from the date of communication
• Marketing data — until you opt out plus 30 days for processing

When your information is no longer needed we will securely delete or anonymize it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Payment card information is processed and stored by Shopify, which maintains PCI DSS compliance for payment card data. We do not store payment card data on our own systems.

While we take reasonable precautions no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by applicable law.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access and Correction. You may access and update your account information at any time by logging into your account on our Platform. You may also contact us at support@voltelift.com to request access to or correction of your personal information.

Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting us at support@voltelift.com. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our data retention policy above.

Marketing Opt-Out. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in the Marketing Communications section above.

Right to Know. Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Opt Out of Sale. We do not sell your personal information. You therefore do not need to opt out of any sale of your personal information.

Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

How to Submit a Request. To exercise your California privacy rights please contact us at support@voltelift.com. We will respond to your request within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Categories of Personal Information Collected. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers such as name, email address, and IP address; commercial information such as purchase history; internet or network activity information such as browsing history on our Platform; and inferences drawn from the above to create a profile about your preferences.

The Platform is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information please contact us at support@voltelift.com and we will delete such information promptly.

Our Platform may contain links to third party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party websites you visit.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
