By accessing or purchasing from VOLTÉ Lift Pro (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

VOLTÉ Lift Pro reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.

VOLTÉ Lift Pro makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate and current.

However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update content, or modify product details at any time without prior notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Checkout, payment and order records are handled by Shopify's hosted checkout.

Pre-orders: where a pre-order is offered, you pay a $50 deposit at checkout and the balance is charged to the same payment method before your device ships. Your order confirmation states the balance and the date it is due. You may cancel a pre-order before it ships for a full refund of the deposit by emailing support@voltelift.com.

Pricing: VOLTÉ Lift Pro is $1,595. The launch price of $1,495 is a pricing decision we may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

Shipping is free. Orders ship within two business days and you receive tracking by email when your order leaves. We currently ship within the United States only.

Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our reasonable control.

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return by emailing support@voltelift.com. For a full refund the device must come back in its travel case with all accessories. Return shipping is yours. Refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days of inspection. A device with water damage, or damage from misuse or unauthorized repair, is not returnable. VOLTÉ Lift Pro carries a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, active from the date of purchase with no registration required. Registering your device extends coverage to three years at no cost. Full terms are on our Warranty page.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@voltelift.com.

VOLTÉ Lift Pro is an FDA 510(k)-cleared device for over-the-counter aesthetic use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.

Read the instructions for use and the contraindications in the manual and in our FAQ before use. Do not use the device if you have a demand-type cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or other implanted metallic or electronic device. If you have a medical condition or concerns, consult your healthcare provider first.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOLTÉ Lift Pro, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, images, trademarks, and logos — is the property of VOLTÉ Lift Pro or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

VOLTÉ Lift Pro may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
